This option removes the worry of meeting deductibles linked to office visits, lab testing, and more. It can potentially save up to 95% off traditional insurance-billed costs!

This plan includes everything from our Annual Exclusive Plan but is ideal for men utilizing TRT. It includes all recommended labs required for this service as well as therapeutic phlebotomy and other services as needed.
